Acceptable Use Policy

Mindlif AI is built for genuine, individual learning. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what's not okay, so the ordinary use we built the Service for stays fast, fair, and available for everyone. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to violate any third party's rights.
• Share your account or login credentials with anyone else, or access an account that isn't yours.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or manipulate usage limits, entitlement checks, or membership-tier restrictions — for example, trying to exceed your AI Tutor or Magic Lesson allowance, or access content reserved for a different tier.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service, extract lesson content in bulk, or generate an abnormal volume of AI Tutor or Magic Lesson requests.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the Service's underlying systems, prompts, or infrastructure beyond ordinary use.
• Use the AI Tutor or Magic Lessons to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or intended to harm others.
• Represent AI-generated output from the Service as professional advice to someone else, or otherwise pass it off as something it isn't — see our AI Use & Educational Disclaimer.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell Service content in violation of our Terms & Conditions or infringe anyone's intellectual property — see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or to Mindlif AI's systems.
• Use the Service in any way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that of our service providers.

What ordinary use looks like

This policy isn't meant to restrict how you actually use Mindlif AI to learn — asking the AI Tutor real questions, working through lessons at your own pace, generating Magic Lessons as your membership allows, and exploring topics you're genuinely curious about are exactly what the Service is for.

Consequences

Violating this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion, depending on severity. Where we suspend or terminate an account for a policy violation, our Membership Terms' no-refund policy still applies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Service evolves. We'll post material changes here with an updated date.
