Membership Terms & Billing Policy

This Membership Terms & Billing Policy describes Mindlif AI's membership plans, pricing, usage allowances, billing, and cancellation terms. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Membership plans

Mindlif AI currently offers two paid membership plans, billed monthly:

We do not currently offer annual plans. Pricing may change in the future; we'll post any change here and it will apply to future billing periods as permitted by law.

Free sample

You can try Mindlif AI free before subscribing. The free sample covers the opening part of the first lesson in one learning path of your choice. It requires no payment method, creates no subscription, and does not expire on a timer. It is limited to that single lesson in that single path.

The free sample is not a subscription trial. There is no free trial of a paid membership, and the free sample does not automatically convert into a paid membership. Subscribing starts a paid membership immediately.

Billing

Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until canceled. Billing begins immediately when you purchase a membership, at the price shown at checkout. We do not offer annual plans.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Canceling stops future billing, it does not end your current access immediately. You keep full membership access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time, or dissatisfaction with content, except where required by law.

AI Tutor usage allowance

Each membership includes a monthly AI Tutor allowance — a total number of AI Tutor/practice messages you can send per month, shared across every lesson and practice pool you have access to. It is not a separate allowance per lesson, per pool, or per track.

Some practice pools separately require finishing a related lesson series before they unlock, in addition to counting against this shared monthly allowance. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month and does not bank forward.

Magic Lessons

Magic Lessons are additional lessons generated for you as you progress, organized into "buckets" corresponding to your available learning tracks.

Unused Magic Lesson generation allowance banks forward, up to a maximum of 3 months' worth outstanding at any time. Once generated, a Magic Lesson remains permanently available in your lesson library — it does not expire.

From time to time, a Magic Lesson's topic may focus on a specific AI chat platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) as part of the normal rotation of subjects covered. This is a variation in lesson content only — it draws from, and counts against, the same Magic Lesson allowance described above. There is no separate or additional allowance for platform-focused lessons.

Failed payment, grace period & suspension

If a subscription payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and your membership enters a short grace period, during which your access continues while the payment issue is resolved. If the payment issue is not resolved within the grace period, your paid access is suspended until you reactivate. Suspension does not delete your account, your progress, or your billing history.

Recovery and reactivation

If your payment succeeds during the grace period, your membership returns to normal automatically — no action is needed from you. If your access has already been suspended, you can reactivate from your account, where we'll show you exactly what applies to your account before anything is charged.

Changes to this policy

We may update these terms as the membership evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
