These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mindlif AI, including our website, learning content, AI Tutor, Magic Lessons, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Mindlif AI ("Mindlif AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a Mindlif AI membership. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Mindlif AI is not directed to, and does not knowingly permit accounts created by, anyone under 18.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. The Service

Mindlif AI provides interactive lessons, quizzes, an AI Tutor, and AI-generated Magic Lessons across a set of learning tracks. What's included depends on your membership tier and is described in our Membership Terms. We may add, change, or remove specific lessons, features, or tracks over time; we'll try to keep the overall value of your membership consistent with what's described in these documents.

4. Free Sample

Mindlif AI offers a limited free sample of the opening part of Lesson 1 in a learning path of your choice, with no payment card required. The free sample is not a subscription trial — it does not start a paid membership, does not automatically convert to one, and does not involve any Stripe customer or subscription object. 5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Billing begins immediately when you purchase a membership. Cancellation, refunds, failed-payment handling, and reactivation are all covered in detail in our Membership Terms, which forms part of these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some content you see through the Service — including AI Tutor responses and Magic Lessons — is generated by artificial intelligence. Please read our AI Use & Educational Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms and explains the limitations of that content and how you should use it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only in ways permitted by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

8. Intellectual Property

Mindlif AI and its licensors own the Service, including its lesson content, curriculum design, software, branding, and the fixed presentation of AI-generated material we deliver to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly republish, or create derivative works from Service content except as this license allows or as the law otherwise permits.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for AI Tutor and Magic Lesson generation. Their use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, as described in our Membership Terms. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or for the payment-related reasons described in our Membership Terms (failed payment, grace period, suspension).

11. Disclaimers

The Service, including all lesson content and AI-generated material, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete — see our AI Use & Educational Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindlif AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mindlif AI harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms or violation of law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll post material changes here with an updated date. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
