Reporting infringement

If you believe content available through Mindlif AI infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it on the Service.

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our response

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted or that relates to your account was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes your signature, identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction described in our Terms & Conditions.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices.
