Start with whichever path matches what you need right now: Home & Life for everyday use, or Business & Professional for work. Each path runs through three tiers (First Steps, Everyday Confident, Ahead of the Curve), 15 lessons each. Continue Learning on your dashboard always picks up where you left off.

Each path unlocks in order. As you complete lessons in a tier, the next one becomes available; finishing a tier unlocks the next. Your progress is tracked separately for each track, so switching between them doesn't reset anything.

A track or lesson is usually locked because it requires finishing an earlier tier first, or because it's part of a track your current plan doesn't include (some tracks are Pro-only). If something you expect access to looks locked, check your plan on the Billing & Payments page.

If you're on Mindlif AI (Starter), you have access to one free preview lesson introducing Claude Cowork, even though the full Cowork track is a Pro track. It's a taste of what Pro includes.

The AI Tutor is built-in practice and help available right in your lessons. You can ask it questions about what you're learning and get a real, live response.

Mindlif AI includes 200 AI Tutor messages a month. Mindlif AI Pro includes 800 a month.

At the start of each calendar month.

It's one shared total for your whole account each month — not a separate allowance per lesson, path, or practice area.

Magic Lessons are personalized lessons generated for you as you go, so your learning keeps expanding past the core curriculum.

Mindlif AI includes up to 30 a month (15 for Home & Life, 15 for Business & Professional). Pro includes up to 140 a month, spread across all seven eligible tracks.

Any Magic Lessons you don't use in a month carry forward, up to a maximum of 3 months' worth outstanding at a time.

Every Magic Lesson you generate is saved to your lesson library, organized by track, so you can revisit it any time.

No. Once generated, a Magic Lesson stays in your library for as long as your account exists — it doesn't expire.

Permanently deleting your account removes your learning data, including generated Magic Lessons, along with the rest of your account. This can't be undone, so it's worth being sure before you do it.

From the Billing & Payments page. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period, then ends. We don't offer refunds for unused time.

We'll try to notify you, and you'll have a 3-day grace period during which your access continues while you sort out the payment issue. If it isn't resolved in that window, your paid access is suspended until you reactivate.

Canceling ends your paid membership but keeps your account, progress, and history intact — you can resubscribe later and pick up where you left off. Permanently deleting your account removes your account and data immediately and can't be undone.

From the login page, select "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions, by email or by text.

From your Account page, in the Danger Zone section. You'll need to type DELETE to confirm — this is intentional, since the action can't be undone.

Your access ends immediately, your learning progress and generated lessons are removed, and any paid subscription is canceled right away rather than at the end of the billing period. No refund is issued for time you've already paid for.
